Robert (Bob) Going, Jr. is a native of Lancaster and is proud to continue the integrity and quality representation that his father, Robert Going Sr. brought to the community when he founded the firm in 1956. Robert has been practicing law in Lancaster County since 1983.
Angela Ward is a 1999 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and completed her third year of law school at the Dickinson School of Law after moving to Lancaster in 1998 when her husband Chuck secured his position as professor of Philosophy at Millersville University.

Mr. Plank is a Lancaster native and a graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1973, and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1976 from the Dickinson School of Law.
Mr. Going handles family law and criminal law matters. His particular areas of concentration in family law issues include separation, divorce, custody, support, protection of grandparents' rights, and protection from abuse. Mr. Going represents clients with criminal law issues with a focus on traffic violations, DUI/ARD and expungements.
He is a graduate of Susquehanna University and earned his Juris Doctor from the Washburn University of Topeka. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations.
Angela is admitted to practice before all courts of Pennsylvania, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.
Having worked in the legal field since 1983, Angela has extensive experience in many areas of law and concentrates much of her practice in real estate, estates, employment and business law. Angela has taught legal research as an adjunct faculty member of the Harrisburg Area Community College and teaches seminars to local bar association members and to members of the general public on request.
