Affordable legal care you can count on.
"Supplemental Security Income" (SSI) makes payment to disabled individuals who have not worked enough quarters to be entitled to disability benefits under the SSD program. Eligibility for payments under the SSI program, like SSD, are predicated on proof of a disability based upon physical or mental impairments or a combination of both. A means test is applied by the Social Security Administration to determine eligibility for SSI benefits.
If your application for benefits has been denied, an appeal must be filed with the Social Security Administration within 60 days in order for you to have a hearing on your right to receive payments of benefits. Attorney Dennis L. Plank has 35 years of experience in representing disabled individuals, and he will put that experience and his expertise to work on your behalf in order to obtain income benefits to which you are entitled as a result of your disability.
When you're unable to work and need the government funds you deserve, we'll always be here to fight for you!
